     Based on the law on Associations, social organizations and political parties formed in SFRJ ( SFRJ Official Gazette number 42|90 ), Artical 13. and based on the law on General legal proceedings, Article 192, Paragraf 1, Children Care Charity Organization DESA from Belgrade applied for the registrations and political parties, the Federal Ministry of the Justice has made the fallowing

DECISION

     1. Children Care Charity Organization DESA is registered at the Register of Associations, social organizations and political parties, at the Federal Ministry of Justice, as the association of citizens under the registar number 651|1379.

     2. The seat of Children Care Charity Organization DESA is in Belgrade, in 2e Pavla Pavlovica Street.

     3. Children Care Charity Organization DESA is represented by Zoran Lazarevic, the president of the organisation.

RATIONALE

     Children Care Charity Organization DESA applied for the registration at the Register of Associations, social organizations and political parties at the Federal Ministry of Justice.

     Considering the application we decided that all conditions were fulfilled according to the law, as it had been idicated above.

     Note an the available legal remedy: This decision is final in legal proceedings and legal proceedings can be brought against it at the Federal Court in 30 days from the day of receving this decision.
