Action 6

     In a conversation with a pediatrician-hematologist dr Dejan Skoric we got the information that there was a patient at pediatric clinic in Tirseva Street, a five-year-old Zorica Gavrilovic. She was suffering from a malign tumor on her kidney. She lives in Kosovo and her grandmother is not able to buy a medicine of crucial importance for her, Neuopogen ampoules.

     A member of this organization, who wanted to stay unknown, gave the money (17.062,87 dinars or 567 DM) for two ampoules. The medicine was bought at 'Velefarm' (click here if you want to see the bill), and the one was given 19th September 2001. to the chief of the hematology ward at the university children's hospital in Belgrade, doc dr Dragana Janic (click here if you want to see the acknowledgement).

     Having received the therapy Zorica went home.

     The doctors said that she would come back to hospital in three weeks for further treatment. We will follow her condition and respond if necessary.
